My job disabled our ability to change our profile "descriptions", so mine is forever stuck at "(...represented by a tiefling of my own creation)", so I figured since I wanted to have a new avatar to use, I just made another one of my tiefling, Jule Verdahn, giving a devilish smile as he notices you.
